Add Us to Your Address Book

Let's be sure we're connected.

If you haven't already done so, please add hello@poetandthebench.com to your address book. Here's a handy how-to for some of the most popular email clients.

You bring us joy and we want to continue seeing you in the shop, at events and happenings and engaging with you online. We also want to be sure you're getting the behind the scenes of our artists in our Conversations with an Artist series, announcements for our exclusive products, our Travelogue guides, and other news. 

Apple Mail (desktop)

  • Teach Apple Mail's filter to allow future messages. Open the junk folder and find the message. Move the message into the inbox.
  • Add hello@poetandthebench.com to the address book. Open the message, right-click the sender email address, and choose Add to Contacts.

Apple Mail (Apple iOS mobile devices)

  • Teach Mail's filter to allow future messages. Open the junk folder and find the message. Move the message into the inbox.
  • Add hello@poetandthebench.com to the address book. Open the message, and tap the From email address. Then tap Create New Contact to input the address in the contacts list.

AOL Webmail

  • Mark a received campaign as Not Spam. Open the spam folder and click the message. Click the OK, Not Spam button.
  • Add hello@poetandthebench.com to the address book. Click Contacts in the navigation panel, and click the New Contact icon. Input hello@poetandthebench.com and click the Add Contact button.

Gmail (desktop and mobile)

  • Mark a received campaign as Not Spam. Open the spam folder and click or tap the message. Click Not Spam.
  • Add hello@poetandthebench.com to the address book. Open the contact list, click or tap New Contact, and input the address.

Outlook

  • Mark a received campaign as Not Junk. Open the junk folder and click the message. Click Not Junk.
  • Add hello@poetandthebench.com to the address book. Open the message, right-click our name as the sender, and click Add to Contacts. MailChimp's authentication may display in Outlook’s sender name area, so add the hello@poetandthebench.com address only.

Outlook.com

  • Mark a received campaign as Not Junk. Open the junk folder and right-click the message. Click Not Junk.
  • Add hello@poetandthebench.com to the Safe Recipient list. Click the gear icon, and choose Options. Click the Safe and Blocked Senders link, click Safe Senders, and input hello@poetandthebench.com.

Yahoo Mail

  • Mark a received campaign as Not Spam. Open spam folder, click the message, and click Not Spam.
  • Add hello@poetandthebench.com to the address book. Open the message and click the Add to contacts button next to the From email address.
