How Long is Permanent, Really?
We can’t guarantee anything for forever as we don’t know your lifestyle, but for many the Together Permanent Jewelry lasts years. For others, who use their hands for adventurous or strenuous activities, or have little hands that pull on things, it may need to be re-linked on a shorter schedule. Or a new chain bought if it has stretched from being pulled.
Why Are the Chains Dainty and Not Super Thick?
One reason is safety! We have to be sure that in an emergency, you or someone else can easily remove it. Other reasons may include for sports, a medical procedure or an MRI, an emergency or any other need.
What if I Need to Remove it?
If you need to remove your Together Permanent Jewelry for any reason, you can actually remove it with scissors, pilers or wire cutters at the welding point or another link. Or come to us and we’ll help you! You can always return to us for a re-welding for a $30 fee.
What If I Accidentally Break It?
Depending on your lifestyle, a chain bracelet or anklet can get pulled, snagged or caught unintentionally and break. Like any other fine jewelry item it’s not indestructible. We can re-link and re-weld it for you for a nominal cost as long as it’s not stretched out. If it's too stretched, you may want to buy another. Give us a call to set up a time for a re-welding for a $30 fee.
Can I Return It?
All permanent jewelry sales are final. If you no longer enjoy it, you can gift the chain to someone and we can weld any chain bought from us on the recipient for a $40 refitting and rewelding fee.
How Do I Take Care of It?
14K solid gold link bracelets and anklets don’t need much care. You can remove residue by brushing it with a very soft toothbrush dipped in water with a few drops of dish washing liquid.
