Jeffrey Levin / Ring / One of a Kind Opal

$ 2,800.00

Derived from the Greek word  “Opallios,” the opal stone was named for the ability “to see a change of color.” Different lighting brings out layers to its reflective beauty. Poet and/the Bench goldsmith and co-founder Jeffrey Levin captured the beauty of this unique stone, hand-carving a yellow gold setting designed to bring the opal's best features to life. ✨

This design is also stunning as an alternative engagement ring.

Description
Hand carved setting in wax, bespoke to the shape of the brilliant opal gem and cast in 14K yellow gold. Hand worked shiny finish. Limited edition; this is the only one of this item. Jeffrey Levin practices lost wax casting, first carving his jewelry out of wax which gives these pieces a beautiful, organic feel that's perfectly imperfect.
