The Art of Caviar

We are excited to announce our inaugural Poet and/the Bench salon series, The Art of… Our first gathering will be The Art of Caviar.

The evening will be an interesting mingle, taste and talk. Because who doesn’t want to know more about this highly prized delicacy that sparkles like diamonds (couldn’t resist) and has various taste profiles that range from mild to buttery and rich to nutty and earthy to salty and fishy.

Our guides will be Graham Gaspard, CEO of Black River Caviar (Breckenridge, CO) and Carissa Ashman, Black River Caviar Director of Marketing (Napa). The company are pioneers in sustainable aquaculture.
