This Garnet is held by 14k rose and white gold, 18k yellow gold claws. It sits on an oxidized sterling silver band with 14k-24k yellow, rose and white gold embedded into it. • Patina – The darkened silver on Variance Objects' mixed metal bands will brighten with wear. The darkness will hold in areas of the band that have tool marks. Over time the band will develop its own patina/unique texture.
• Sustainability – Variance Objects employs recycled metals from a United States manufacturer, as well as recycles metals within their own studio. They source Kimberly certified conflict free diamonds come from a family owned business and buy rough colored stones from artisan miner owners all over the world. Stones are hand-cut polished in-house to capture the nature of each stone, and preserve its inherent textures, color patterns, and light qualities rather than transforming them into a sparkly made object.
