Ende Collective / Rings / Shrödinger's Kitten

$ 245.00

This sly kitten of a ring is brilliantly designed for a stealthy fit on your ring, middle, or index finger. Rather than wearing it with the "ears" upright, the suggested wear is to turn it sideways so that a finger fits between the ears of the kitten to lay as a simple, sleek bar across the fingers. Sneaky kitty.

Description
This sculptural inspiration is based on the famous thought experiment devised by Erwin Shrödinger, a paradox that is related to quantum theory. Behind each of Ende Collective's jewelry is a story. Even the name Ende, one of the very first female artists (history points to a nun, also an illustrator of manuscripts) to sign her artwork in the 10th Century. Krista Gambrell, the designer, says, "Art as a unique extension of one's self is the unspoken language of connection. I aim to explore this subtle communication through clean aesthetics, modern design and structure, and a conviction for achieving the perfect expression through object and form."
